Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We earn your business every time we clean. While we offer annual service agreements for budget consistency, we offer flexible month-to-month options for most commercial clients.

Do you require a contract for residential cleaning services?

No contract is required for residential cleaning services. However, non-contract residential appointments are billed at a higher rate, and scheduling is subject to availability, as our recurring contracted clients receive priority placement.

How do you handle security and keys?

Our team is fully vetted and background-checked. We use secure key-management protocols or coded entry access to ensure your facility remains secure at all times.

What happens if we are unhappy with a cleaning?

We stand by our work. If any area is missed or unsatisfactory, notify us within 24 hours and we will send a team to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. We provide all commercial-grade vacuums, microfibers, and HEPA-filtration equipment. We also supply our own EPA-approved sanitizers and cleaning agents.
